Billing Policies

E-global Innovative Sdn Bhd offers 3 , 6 and 12 months billing cycles to all customers. For billing information or payment email: billing@hostpro2u.com or renewal@hostpro2u.com

Billing Information
  • 3 MONTHS: available for dedicated server only
  • 6 MONTHS: Available for dedicated server and E-commerce hosting only
  • 12 MONTHS: available for all, dedicated server, E-commerce hosting and basic hosting
  • You shall pay in advanced or before your services expiry date to avoid any interruption. You shall continue to be liable for any applicable charges during the period of interruption or loss of services from any cause whatsoever.
  • One Times Fees, such as setup fees, SSL, administrative fees are due and payable at the time they are incurred, and/ or agreed upon in writing or email with our Customer Service approval when applicable.
  • Hostpro2u reserved the rights to change the services/ plan fees from time to time by returning notice to you. All variations will take effect from the date mentioned in the notice and you shall be aware and comply with the variation.
  • * All prices subject to GST 6% for all billing address in Malaysia.
Term
  • This agreement shall be for an monthly, month to month basis renewal unless sooner terminated pursuant to other terms of this agreement, and except as otherwise provided in this agreement or other supplemental agreement,
  • If you have order to the services during promotion/ special campaign, the term and conditions of the respective shall prevail in the event of conflict between this agreement and the campaign agreement terms and conditions, unless we specified it.

Refund Policy
  • Any Hostpro2u hosting plan carries a 30 days money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding mandatory setup fees, domain name and other charges.
  • Setup Fees are refundable and will be given at the discretion of the company management for the following reasons:
    • 1) The account order is cancelled prior to activation and no setup has been carried out.
    • 2) The domain name was not available.
  • Any cancellation made after 30 days is not refundable.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; postal mail, e-mail and fax notification are acceptable. Verbal requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
  • RM10 processing fees will be charged for any refund requested due to payment mistake/double payment.
Reinstatement Fees
  • Any account that is suspended due to non-payment will incur RM30 reinstatement fee. Account are suspended upon seven (7) days past due.
  • You shall be allowed twenty four (24) to seventy two (72) business hour to re-activate your service upon we received a full payment.
Service Renewal
  • For all the payment, renewal, sales order, will be process during our business hour from GMT+8 9.00am to 6.00pm on any Monday to Friday excluding Public Holiday based on Malaysia calendar. We will not hold any responsibility if you failed to register/ renew any service(s) within the business hour/ day.
  • You shall made the full payment together with proof of payment for all renewable services before expiry date. Hostpro2u will not proceed with any renewal before receiving any payment.
  • Renewal notifications will be emailed to the address in your billing account. As this is likely the only form of notification you will receive, it is therefore very important that you updated your details to our customer service if any. Hostpro2u will not hold any responsible if you have failed to receive any notification/ billing from us.
  • Hostpro2u reserves the right to suspend any non-payment account for more than 30 days. You shall not make any claims or compensation from Hostpro2u.
  • When a domain name expired, all services associated with that domain name (web hosting, E-mail, etc.) will stop functioning. Approximately 30 days after the date of expiration, the domain name will be released to the public and become available for registration by other parties.
  • It is important for users to contact Hostpro2u at least 10 days before the renewal date to request non-renewal, cancellation, make any changes and upgrades/downgrades, etc. You can e-mail to renewal@hostpro2u.com or contact us at 603-7805 7911.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; postal mail, e-mail and fax notification are acceptable. Verbal requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
  • Hostpro2u reserves the right to cancel/ suspend service of an account at anytime without notice and without a refund, in the event that:
    • 1) The account is in violation of our posted hosting policy.
    • 2) Payment for renewal hosting fees is not received after due date.
    • 3) Accounts are suspended within 14 days because no payment was received.
  • The contents of a cancelled website may be deleted at anytime subsequent to account termination. Website files for canceled accounts are removed from the server 24 hours after the cancellation date and are NOT retrievable except from the server backup. By requesting for this service, a minimal charge of RM100 will be incurred.
Taxes

You will be responsible for all the taxes, duties (including stamp duty), paypal and credit card gateway, fees and other charges made by government authority in relation to this agreement.
